Diagnosis: Var. chilotanum has several forms with strongly degenerated anthers, and in this connection quite underdeveloped corolla (especially their acumens), which makes their exact description and defining position in common system difficult. One of such forms is f. pillicuma.
Anthers are strongly deformed, with accretings and excrescences, corolla with a white brim? Leaf dissected -three pairs of leaflets in a series.
Juz. 1986 from Yuyuy.
In collections of cultivars known in Europe and, among others, in USSR, there is a cultivar called pilipicum (distorted in pillipicum) with a local name "raspberry". This cultivar is a typical representative of the group chilotanum. The name itself marks its Chilean origin (sometimes it is followed by the indication "Chilean" – see data of D.Larionova, Mironovka). Corolla is typical, margined (like by all chilotanum).
This cultivar is different from ¹ 1987 in a slight dissected. It also has a typical flat base of the anthers.
According to Voskresenskaya, the cultivar Magnum bonum, under a wrong name given by Korenevsky - Duke of York (Livensky), also refers to chilotanum. Apparently, both cultivars are close to chaped in a purple corolla color.
Also f. brevipapillosum from Santiago 1835, is close to Livensky, varying from the type in very short papillae 10-20 mict., like  chaped.
